TejVox is Venkata Narayana’s independent project site. This policy explains how the tools, AI projects and project accounts handle information.
Tools run in your browser
Browser utilities process input locally where stated in the tool’s description. AI assistants, uploads and messaging workflows send input to the server to perform their functions. Depending on the project and its configuration, selected content may also be processed by a model provider.
Accounts (optional)
You can use TejVox without an account. If you choose to sign in (via Google, GitHub, or email and password), we store your email address and a list of the tools you mark as favorites, so we can sync them across your devices. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
What we store
Accounts store your email address, account identifier and saved favorites. Some project features also store uploaded documents, conversations and workflow records, such as lead or booking information. The information retained depends on the feature you use. Basic usage and operational records help maintain the service.
Bot trial records
To enforce 180-day free bot access, the server stores a keyed hash of your account ID or guest network address, the bot ID, and first-use time. Trial records are shared across serving processes. Raw network addresses and access tokens are not stored in the trial ledger.
If you sign up with email, we send a one-time verification code through our email provider (Brevo). We do not sell your email or send marketing without consent.
Your choices
You can delete your account or request removal of your data at any time by contacting us at support@tejvox.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies/storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use them to track you across other sites.
Advertising
We may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep TejVox free. Ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads; where required, ads are served as non-personalized unless you consent otherwise. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
